Responsibilities
- Gather and examine payroll documents to ensure validity.
- Assist with payroll processing.
- Audit benefit balances.
- Facilitate new hire paperwork and set-up.
- Resolve payroll-related employee questions and issues.
- Assist with day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties involving payroll, benefits, work comp and other duties as assigned.
- Coordinate reports distribution.
- Provide clerical and administrative support to Human Resource Executives.
- Accounting Assistant to the Accounting Department as needed.
Qualifications
- Associates Degree or equivalent 1-2 years payroll, benefits or accounting experience.
- Paylocity experience preferred.
- Familiarity with employee benefits plans a plus.
- Proficient in Excel.
- Ability to multi-task.
- Adherence to strict confidentiality guidelines.
- Strong sense of integrity.
- Deadline driven.
- Strong attention to detail.
