Responsibilities :
- Oversee and support all administrative duties in the office and ensure that the office is operating smoothly.
- Ensure office efficiency by maintaining common areas, organizing procedures, handling correspondence, managing file systems, and overseeing supplies and equipment.
- Oversee day-to-day office activities as main point of contact in reception area, and keep management informed regularly via performance reports.
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary.
- Perform receptionist duties : greet visitors, and answer and direct phone calls.
- Oversee and maintain office equipment for uninterrupted function, identify needs and acquire supplies, manage vendor relationships, and coordinate food deliveries when requested.
- Receive and sort incoming mail and deliveries and manage outgoing mail.
- Identify opportunities for process and office management improvements.
- Provide other administrative support as necessary, including scheduling group meetings, maintaining calendars, and doing research.
- Managed onboarding and orientations for new hires.
- Processed required documentation forms - I9's, E-Verify, background checks.
- Organize employee events and activities to enhance workplace culture.
Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, communications, or a related field.
- 2+ years of work experience in an administrative / office management role.
- Must have exceptional attention to detail.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, and ability to prioritize.
- Must be a self-starter and driven.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving skills and analytical abilities
- Must be proficient with Microsoft Office and Google pro ducts.
