Client Consultation : Engage with clients to understand their insurance needs and provide tailored advice .Inbound Calls : Effectively handle customer queries and offer appropriate solutions.
Policy Recommendations : Design and propose insurance plans that align with each client's unique requirements. Customer Retention : Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.
Continuous Training : Stay updated on industry trends and changes to offer informed recommendations.
Requirement
Insurance License : Possession of an active insurance license required. Experience : Previous experience in sales or customer service roles, particularly in the insurance industry .
Communication Skills : Strong verbal and written communication abilities. Customer Focus : A commitment to meeting and exceeding customer expectations.
