This role will involve approximately 50% Commercial Real Estate Law and 50% Residential Real Estate Law , offering a diverse caseload and opportunities for professional advancement. Qualifications & Skills 5Mc year de experience practicing law with a focus on real estate transactions and conveyancing . Bar admission in Massachusetts (required). Expertise in Wills, Trusts, Probate Law ; litigation experience is a plus. \ outs Strong negotiation, research, and analytical skills. Excellent drafting and communication abilities. Key Responsibilities Provide legal counsel on residential and commercial real estate transactions , including acquisitions, leases, and sales. Draft, review, and negotiate real estate contracts, agreements, and legal documents . Conduct thorough title examinations, probate transfers, and ensure compliance with lender rules and regulations. Represent clients in real estate litigation , landlord-tenant disputes, and probate-related matters. Assist clients with estate planning, wills, trusts, probate filings, and administration.
