What We Want
We’re interested in candidates who have at least 1 year of agency recruiting / staffing experience , preferably in IT, with a proven track record placing candidates thru vendor managed programs.
In addition to experience, we’re looking for someone who's interested in working in a performance-oriented environment .
Must like to work hard & have fun...very important. This position offers outstanding earning potential including base salary, laptop, expense reimbursement, and a generous commission and a bonus structure with NO cap.

Track record of placing candidates at all levels of IT & within the SDLC, including Project Managers, Architects, Analysts, Developers, Testers and End User Support
Out of the box" candidate sourcing strategies / methods
