Part-Time Office Assistant for an E-Commerce company located in the Irvine Spectrum area. ON SITE - NOT REMOTE

This is a Temporary need, with duration open. Pay is $20-25 / hr depending on experience. Work up to 35-40 hours a week - with hours split M-F or a few days a week.

Hours could increase as business needs increase - candidate needs to be flexible to work reduced or increased hours, as needed. Business casual dress code.

Duties :

Create and update Excel spreadsheets

Create correspondence using MS Word

E-Mail and Phone communication with customers

Communicate with all levels of staff on a professional basis

Receive deliveries and communicate with staff regarding receipt

Requirements :

Ideal candidate will have Min 1 year RECENT Office Administrative experience with warehouse and e-commerce (Amazon is a plus) experience

Intermediate MS Word and MS Excel is a MUST (must know how to create spreadsheets and update); E-mail

E-Commerce experience (Amazon) is a plus, but not a must

Bilingual Mandarin is a plus, but not a must

Good verbal and written communication skills

Comfortable interacting with all levels of staff on a professional basis

Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to) : $20.00 - $20.00 Per Hour
