Member Service Representative
Job Title : Member Service Representative (Credit Union) Location : Washington DC Must : have credit union or banking experience Salary : $19 per hour plus quarterly incentives / bonus Responsibilities : Greet and assist members in a courteous and professional manner.
Process financial transactions accurately and efficiently, including deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and transfers.
Educate members on our products and services, including checking and savings accounts, loans, and credit cards. Identify opportunities to cross-sell products and services that meet the financial needs of our members.
Resolve member inquiries and concerns promptly and effectively. Maintain a clean and organized work environment. Adhere to all regulatory requirements and compliance standards.
Collaborate with team members to achieve branch goals and objectives. Requirements : High school diploma or equivalent. Prior experience in customer service, preferably in a financial institution.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Basic computer skills and familiarity with financial software. Must be able to pass background, drug, and credit checks.
