Billing Specialist

Vaco Phoenix has partnered with a fast-growing lighting company that is searching for a Billing Specialist to join their team.

This is a direct hire opportunity paying up to $26.50 / hour.

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Key job responsibilities include but are not limited to :

• Prepare and send invoices to customers for projects on a timely basis.
• Monitor project progress to determine appropriate timing and magnitude of customer billing.
• Receive and approve vendor invoices, including comparison / reconciliation to purchase orders.
• Address and correct any discrepancies in vendor accounts or billings, including statement reconciliation.
• Review and ensure all completed projects have been invoiced and vendor invoices have been received.
• Review and approve expense reports.
• Manage office supply inventory as necessary.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
• Learn about lighting on a continual basis.
• Regular, predictable, and in-person attendance and punctuality.

• the individual's skill sets, experience and training;

With that said, as required by local law, Vaco believes that the following salary range referenced above reasonably estimates the base compensation for an individual hired into this position in geographies that require salary range disclosure.

The individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses.
