The Role :
Handling the daily operations and logistics of setting up the venue for concerts and events.
Responsibilities :
- Ensuring that the venue is properly set up for concerts and events.
- Responsible for tearing down and clearing up the venue after events.
- General maintenance of the property.
- Maintain the cleanliness of the venue
- Help production staff and office staff when needed.
Qualifications :
- High School Diploma
- Working knowledge of Music Venue Operations
- Able to handle manual labor
- Able to handle long show days up to 15 hours
- Must be handy, crafty, creative
- Exhibits positive attitudes
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- High level of organizational and follow-through skills
- Ability to handle various projects at one time AND make good decisions
- Maintains personal integrity
Physical Demands / Working Environment :
- Working environment is fast paced, often loud and stressful
- Position requires extended periods working on your feet : constant walking, climbing stairs, lifting, and carrying
- Must be able to lift or move up to 50 lbs. using proper lifting techniques
