Technical Solutions Inc. is currently seeking a Technical Sales & Customer Service Representative on behalf of our client, a Pittsburgh based manufacturer.
The right candidate will be a mechanically-inclined self-starter to handle technical inside sales and customer support. Responsibilities : Respond to customer inquiries including pricing, delivery, product applications, order-entry, trouble-shooting field issues and preparing quotations in a timely Requirements : Technical degree along with prior technical sales experience dealing with product applications, designs, quotations, and service.
Can do attitude' with willingness to handle heavy workloads and meet deadlinesAbility to read and understand drawings along with a solid mechanical aptitudeProficient with Microsoft OfficeProficient math and business writing skills Technical Solutions Inc.
