ssist with matters from inception through closing, including reviewing and analyzing due diligence, drafting and negotiating primary and ancillary documents for real estate acquisitions, dispositions, financing, development, leasing and similar transactions
Transactional experience should also include familiarity with
entity formation, governance and matters of title.
Excellent organizational skills with a high level of attention to detail and accuracy, superior drafting skills
