The Route Service Driver (Service Representative) is responsible for the daily driving / maintenance of a company-owned delivery truck to & from numerous customer locations, delivering Morgan products in an accurate, efficient, & professional manner.

The RSD picks up soiled products & returns to the plant for processing. They ensure customer satisfaction by responding to customer inquiries & requests and pro-actively problem solving when necessary.

They are tasked with growing the existing route through sales of additional items from our product line & maximizing the company’s opportunities to bring value to our customers.

In this role you will regularly operate a handheld device to accurately ensure proper on-site inventories are maintained.

You will complete all paperwork properly & accurately for each customer, & for internal company needs. Other duties as assigned.

Route Service Driver Qualifications :

• Must have High School Diploma or GED
• Must be 21+ years of age
• Must have 1+ yr. experience in a customer service or sales related role
• Must have 1+ yr. previous commercial Box Truck or Step Van driving experience
• Ability to read / write / speak in English
• Valid driver’s license w / clean driving record
• Must be able & willing to pass a background check & drug screening (hair)
