We are searching for a highly motivated individual with a strong focus on guest service to join our Front Desk Team! The role of a Front Desk Agent is to greet customers warmly, complete the registration process, verify payment methods, answer phone calls, and resolve guest complaints.
They must also remain calm and alert in emergency situations and use their own judgement to solve problems. The job requires standing and movement throughout the front office area.
Essential Functions : Perform all front desk clerk duties such as efficiently checking in and out guests with a friendly demeanor.
Carry out cashier responsibilities, ensuring accurate posting of charges for individuals and groups. Manage reservation tasks by entering and updating group files.
Fulfill concierge duties, providing guidance to guests on local entertainment and other services. Follow the Resort's policies outlined in the Employee Handbook and report any violations to Human Resources.
Uphold excellent employee and guest relations. Foster positive working relationships with all departments. Monitor, sell, and record items from the retail space.

Prior hospitality experience preferred. Basic mathematical proficiency. Ability to communicate effectively with both internal and external guests.
Ability to stand and move throughout the front office while performing essential job functions. Ability to read, listen, and communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
Ability to access and input information accurately using a moderately complex computer system. Necessary hearing and visual ability to detect emergency situations.
Experience with Maestro systems is desirable, but not required. Ability to work various shifts including weekends and holidays.
