Activities and Responsibilities :

  • Offer comprehensive office assistance, handling various clerical tasks and supporting functions.
  • Greet visitors and enhance their visit experience as appropriate.
  • Manage incoming calls, ensuring accurate message delivery.
  • Exercise utmost discretion in managing sensitive issues requiring confidentiality.
  • Create professional documents including presentations, agendas, reports, and projects.
  • Draft and edit board meeting materials via MS Office suite.
  • Assist in preparation of agendas and minutes for meetings.
  • Uphold office efficiency through upkeep of common areas, filing systems, and supplies.
  • Coordinate off-site events, dinners, and conferences as necessary.
  • Coordinate travel as needed includes bookings and itineraries.
  • Scheduling internal and external meetings, and special events for Executive Leaders.
  • Fulfill additional responsibilities as assigned.

Skills and Requirements :

  • 5+ years of experience as administrative assistant
  • Word 365 and Outlook
  • Professional writing skills
  • Customer service experience
  • Non-Remote
  • Monday- Friday 8am-5pm
