Description :
- Handling inbound calls from providers checking eligibility and / or claim status for members
- Call center environment taking inbound and outbound calls
- Research customer inquiries and follow up as needed via email or outbound calls
- Ability to troubleshoot basic website errors / questions
Skills & Qualifications :
- A minimum of 1-year of call center experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to navigate systems and operate computers
