The first YAFO opened in 2016, filling a long-standing void in local Mediterranean street food. The restaurant and multicultural menu brings an elevated feel to fast-casual food through authentic, daily-made breads, spreads and juices.
The experience features vegetarian and vegan-friendly menu options, hormone-free selections, shawarma-spiced rotisserie chicken, hummus made from organic chickpeas and homemade items like pickled vegetables and hot mezze sides.

Requirements
- Must have at least two years experience as a Manager.
- Must have fast-casual, high volume experience
- Must calmly asses the pressures of day-to-day operations and propose appropriate solutions to restaurant problems.
- Ensure all financial (invoices, reporting), personnel, and administrative duties, are completed accurately, efficiently, and effectively according to the companys policies and procedures.
- Enforces health safety and sanitation standards and procedures for food handling, cleanliness, and restaurant maintenance.
- Consistent compliance with operational standards, company policies, federal / state / local laws, and ordinances.
- Directs the hiring, supervision, development, and when necessary, termination of employees.
- High School Diploma (Four Year Degree or Hospitality Degree preferred)
