- Role Summary : As an Administrative Support Specialist, you will play a crucial role in merging two teams together by providing administrative support to two General Managers and their teams.
This role offers the opportunity to learn about the gaming industry and gain exposure to different parts of the business.
4. What are the key responsibilities?
- Responsibilities and Duties :
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism.
- Manage calendar appointments, arrange travel, and submit accurate expense reports.
- Assist in merging two teams together by coordinating communication and activities.
- Support budgeting and purchasing within provided guidelines.
- Provide timely and efficient communication in all situations.
- Assist with creating PowerPoint decks and other miscellaneous tasks as needed.
5. What experience are we looking for to drive success?
- MUST-Have Skills and Qualifications :
- 5-7 years' experience with Office Suite, especially Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Strong scheduling skills with a minimum of 5-7 years of experience.
- Experience providing support to teams of various sizes.
Preferred Skills and Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree (preferred but not required).

Requirements
1. Minimum 2-4 years' experience with Month and reconciliation in the finance side 2. Minimum 2-4 years' experience actual financial analysis, from actual revenue to financial reports and reconciliation, being able to determine accuracy determine any kind of red flags or any discrepancies that need to be thrown over to myself or the business analytics specialist.
3. Minimum 2-4 years' experience with Attention to details and communication skills we somebody that is able to enable follow process very closely and accurately.
