As a Mechanical Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for assisting the customers with small-engine and electrical problems when using the products and services.

Ultimately, you will help establish their reputation as a company that offers excellent customer care during all sales and after-sales procedures.

Other responsibilities of the Mechanical Customer Support Specialist include :

  • Handling inbound calls, emails, or chat inquiries from customers regarding mechanical products, systems, or services
  • Assisting customers in troubleshooting mechanical problems, guiding them through solutions, and providing step-by-step instructions
  • Utilizing technical knowledge to diagnose and resolve mechanical issues reported by customers
  • Monitoring customer complaints on social media and reaching out to provide assistance
  • Document common technical problems and create knowledge base articles for the benefit of both customers and internal staff
  • Following up with customers to ensure their technical issues are resolved
