Accountable for detailed operational and commercial impact analysis of solutions against Maximus Operating Model and HAAS service requirements, to provide assurance to Maximus, and to facilitate commercial arrangements between Maximus and the Authority. 2.
Work closely with decision makers in the Authority to influence on the design, development and assurance of solutions in both Lots 1 and 2 in response to the Authority's changing agenda 3.
Engage with and influence all levels of internal and external key stakeholders to ensure buy in and commitment to the plan, from design through to deployment and 'BAU' 4.
Assure that the solution will be delivered to plan, and to budget.
Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues to both the solution and service delivery 5.
Monitor and measure impact of change, conducting thorough analysis of resource, performance and quality data to provide the Business Change Director, HAAS Leadership, Capita and the Authority with updates 6.
Identify operational service requirements and translate these into solution business cases and evaluation 7.
