The Housing Program Manager is responsible for the oversight of the Housing Program's day to day operations, data quality, program and fiscal compliance. This position directly supervises the Housing team.

Looking Glass housing programs rapidly connect families and individuals experiencing homelessness to permanent housing through a tailored package of assistance that includes the use of time-limited financial assistance and targeted supportive services. Housing programs are an important response to homelessness as they help those living on the streets or in emergency shelters solve the practical and immediate challenges to obtaining permanent housing and linking to community resources that enable them to achieve housing stability in the long-term.

This position is full time, 40 hours/week Monday - Friday from 8:30am - 5pm with availability on nights and weekends for after-hours emergencies as needed

We are looking for applicants with at least 3 years of case management experience and one year working with runaway, homeless, or at-risk youth. Experience with the Homeless Management Information system (HMIS), landlords and property management is preferred.

Essential Functions:

1. Works with case managers and clients to guarantee understanding of the case plan, as well as service and housing needs.

2. Provides community and staff education on housing programs and the population we serve.

3. Directly supervises the Housing team

4. Record keeping includes IR/CIR documentation oversight, and ensuring case manager monthly data reporting is completely necessary for compliance oversight.

5. Completes necessary training with file reviews and monitoring with case managers to ensure documentation of services per CoC and other regulatory standards

6. Completes fiscal oversight of spending of funds per housing programs compliance.

7. Understanding of Inspections and regulatory changes per program and updates documentation as needed.

Looking Glass is committed to recruiting employees who reflect the diversity of our community and the youth and families we serve. We value providing the highest level of quality services to our clients and we are committed to the pursuit of cultural awareness. We believe in the abilities of individuals and systems that respond respectfully and effectively to people of all cultures, classes, races, ethnic backgrounds, religions, sexual orientations, genders, and abilities in a manner that recognizes, affirms, and values the worth of individuals, families, and their communities and protects and preserves the dignity of each.
