Create and maintain project documentation, including process flows, user guides, and training materials.

Collaborate with QA teams to validate that deliverables meet business requirements and acceptance criteria.

Assess and mitigate risks that could impact project timelines or deliverables.

Communicate project status and updates to stakeholders and recommend solutions to address challenges or roadblocks.

Ensure all business requirements are captured, refined, and translated into actionable tasks for the development team.

Maintain a well-groomed backlog of user stories and documentation to support seamless sprint execution.

Facilitate clear and proactive communication between stakeholders and development teams to ensure alignment on goals and deliverables.

Support the delivery of high-quality software solutions, ensuring they meet business needs and regulatory requirements in the pharmaceutical industry.

Experience working with tight deadlines and handling escalations.
