If you’re looking for a job that allows you to use your artistic skills daily, becoming a Surface Experts Apprentice/Technician could be the perfect fit! This role provides a creative outlet as you complete unique repairs—typically in an hour or less.

Your Role & Responsibilities:
  • Hands-On Repairs: Complete four or more creative on-site repairs daily
  • Customer Interaction: Provide excellent service in apartments, hotels, construction sites, and more
  • Problem-Solving: Adapt to various materials and settings for custom repairs
  • Attention to Detail: Accurately match colors and finishes for seamless results
  • Technology Use: Log repair details into our CRM/dispatch tool
Who Thrives in This Role?
If you have experience with painting, sculpting, woodworking, drawing, or other visual arts, this job is for you! Color-matching skills are essential, as every repair requires a unique artistic touch. We will also train the right candidate!


What We’re Looking For:
  • Ability to see and replicate colors accurately
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Facilities maintenance experience (a plus, but not required)
