Job Description
Covenant Case Management Services is seeking a skilled and experienced Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) to provide specialized consultation services for members exhibiting challenging behaviors. You will play a crucial role in developing and implementing individualized behavior support plans to address these behaviors and improve outcomes. This position offers a $2,500 sign-on bonus.
Responsibilities :
- Behavior Support Plans : Develop, implement, and oversee behavior plans, following Clinical Coverage Policy 8P.
- Behavior Analysis : Observe clients to identify challenging behaviors, record and analyze data, and monitor the implementation of support plans.
- Progress Assessment and Plan Revision : Assess member progress, make revisions to PBSPs as needed, and decrease target behaviors.
- Training and Coaching : Provide monthly training sessions to members, staff, and caregivers on positive behavior techniques.
- Case Management : Independently manage a caseload, participate in treatment plan meetings, and collaborate with the care team.
- Tele-Consultation : Utilize tele-consultation services when necessary.
