Job Title
Independently supports Privacy Engineering core business functions by coordinating day to day operational activities and leveraging technology to enhance workflow effectiveness. Key activities include executing controls over a wide range of data assets, including applications, analytical models, and business intelligence reports. Collaborate with subject matter experts, data asset owners, and stakeholders across multiple business units to ensure our organization maintains strong alignment with privacy regulations and internal risk management standards.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Privacy Control Execution & Automation
Support the execution of existing privacy engineering controls and define new as needed.
Assist in the automation and streamlining of Privacy Impact Assessment (PIA) processes for various data assets.
Partner with senior business operations and strategy consultant to develop scalable solutions that improve control efficiency, tracking, and reporting.
Privacy Impact Assessment Management
Facilitate end-to-end PIA engagements with multiple business units across the company.
Gather, analyze, and validate data asset information needed for compliance reviews.
Support documentation, workflow routing, and follow-up activities for PIA completion.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with Compliance, Legal, Risk, and other governance partners to interpret requirements and ensure consistent application of privacy standards.
Engage with business and technical owners of applications, models, and reporting assets to collect information and drive necessary remediation actions.
Support communication, coordination, and education efforts related to privacy obligations.

Preferred Qualifications
1. Bachelor's degree in business administration, technology, or related field. 2. Experience in Privacy. 3. Familiarity with operational technology tools and systems. 4. Previous experience in a technology-driven business environment.
