How will you help us make an impact?
Reporting to the Senior Director, Professional Services the Client Services Partner plays a key role in shaping the success of Clariti's government customers by ensuring every implementation project is scoped, estimated, and contracted accurately and efficiently. This role bridges Sales, Professional Services, and Partner teamshelping to define the right solution approach and ensuring delivery teams are set up for success from day one. - Lead the sale and positioning of Clariti Guardian Services to ensure successful implementation and long-term value for the customer with their investment in Clariti.
- Develop detailed effort estimates and pricing using standardized tools, templates, and past project benchmarks.

- Support the creation and review of Partner SOWs to ensure alignment with Clariti methodology and delivery standards.
- Advise Sales and Partner teams on delivery risk, resource planning, and deployment sequencing.
- Lead customer and partner meetings to clarify requirements, explain services, and confirm expectations.
- Collaborate with Professional Services leadership to align estimates and delivery capacity.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of scoping templates, pricing models, and delivery playbooks.
- Drive thoughtful, strategic and enterprise-level strategy for our most ambitious customers.
- Facilitate qualification, deal cycle participation, account reviews and value assessments.
- Maintain accurate pipeline tracking and forecasting in CRM tools.
- Enable smooth transition and partnership into our delivery team with effective margins, staffing plans, and implementation approach.
