Job description: * Manage commercial mechanical construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. * Serve as the primary point of contact for owners, general contractors, and project stakeholders. * Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, procurement, and subcontractor coordination. * Monitor labor, equipment, materials, subcontractors, and project costs to ensure profitability. * Review and process submittals, RFIs, change orders, and project documentation. * Coordinate with field operations, fabrication, commissioning, and service teams. * Lead project meetings and provide regular financial and progress reporting. * Oversee startup, commissioning, owner training, warranty turnover, and final project closeout. * Ensure projects are completed safely and in compliance with OSHA and company standards. Qualifications: * 710+ years of Project Management experience in mechanical construction. * Experience managing commercial mechanical projects valued between $8M$12M. * Strong background in HVAC, plumbing, piping, and mechanical systems. * Experience managing budgets, schedules, procurement, subcontractors, and change orders. * Excellent leadership, communication, and client relationship skills. * Proficient with Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project. * Experience with Timberline (Sage 300 CRE) is a plus. * Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field preferred. * Experience with large mechanical contractors ($50M+ annual revenue preferred). * Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. * Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
