Essential Job Functions & Responsibilities: * Review and update department processes and instructions. * Based on directions provided by engineering and knowledge developed on the job, determine appropriate actions to be applied by monitoring performance, analyze data and identify trends to predict potential issues. * Provide staff with rework instructions and guidance * Perform engineering activities as assigned to provide engineering support during hours when engineers are not present. Skills & Abilities * Strong oral and written communication skills. Capable of effective communication with all levels of the plant personnel. * Must be self-motivated, an independent thinker, and able to work efficiently with minimal supervision Salary * Anticipated Pay Range: $60k - $70k per year. *Pay rates within this range are determined and based on various factors including experience, education, certifications, etc .
