Job Summary : We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Process Technician to join our team. As a Process Technician, you will be responsible for monitoring and optimizing manufacturing processes to ensure efficiency and quality. You will work closely with the production team to troubleshoot issues and implement improvements. If you have a strong technical background and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we encourage you to apply. Duties and responsibilities : Monitor and control manufacturing processes to meet production targets Conduct regular inspections of equipment and machinery to ensure proper functioning Collect and analyze production data, improve the process and quality Troubleshoot process or quality issues and implement corrective actions Collaborate with the production team to identify areas for process improvement Collect and analyze data to identify trends and make recommendations for optimization Maintain accurate documentation of process parameters, changes, and results Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies Adhere to all JA Solar and OSHA rules and regulations at all times and wear proper safety equipment while on plant grounds Meet or exceed company safety standards Perform other job responsibilities as assigned by management Qualifications : High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training in a related field is a plus Previous experience in manufacturing Data analysis abilities, process flow analysis, flexible work culture, develop procedures Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
