Warehouse Solution Specialist
Join the sales team at G&W Equipment! We're looking for a motivated and competitive sales professional to join our team as a Warehouse Solution Specialist. In this role, you'll be responsible for developing new business and growing revenue by selling warehouse and allied equipment solutions throughout North Carolina. You'll work with customers across a variety of industries, helping them design efficient and effective warehouse setups tailored to their needs.
This role is a great fit for someone who enjoys prospecting, managing projects from start to finish, and building strong customer relationships. You'll work closely with our Regional Sales Manager and other G&W departments to deliver complete warehouse solutions and drive growth in your territory.
What You'll Be Doing
- Prospect and develop new business within your assigned territory
- Sell a variety of non-serialized warehouse products such as pallet rack systems, shelving, modular offices, mezzanines, conveyors, dock equipment, carts, and bins
- Build relationships with new and existing customers to understand their needs and recommend the right solutions
- Partner with internal teams across sales, service, and operations to ensure a smooth customer experience
- Analyze your territory and identify opportunities to expand G&W's market share
- Develop customized business plans and proposals for key accounts
- Work closely with your Regional Sales Manager on territory planning, forecasting, and account strategy
