Job Responsibilities
- Work with clients to understand their event goals, preferences, and budget

- Research, negotiate, and secure venues, vendors, and suppliers
- Coordinate logistics for events, including catering, transportation, décor, and entertainment
- Supervise on-site event setup and breakdown to ensure everything runs smoothly
- Monitor event budgets, track expenses, and ensure the event stays within financial constraints
- Manage event timelines and adjust plans as necessary to address unforeseen issues
- Provide clients with post-event reports and gather feedback to ensure satisfaction
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices to enhance event planning services
