DESIRED PROFILE:
STRONG IN BOTH ONLINE AND BATCH JCL.
VERY GOOD ANALYTICAL SKILLS AND PROBLEM-SOLVING ABILITY A MUST.
UNDERSTANDING OF JAVA PROGRAMMING.
USE OF JIRA TO MANAGE WORK.
VERY GOOD COMMUNICATION SKILLS.
STRONG DATABASE SKILLS ARE ESSENTIAL.
KNOWLEDGE ON AGILE DEVELOPMENT METHODOLOGY.
MUST BE CAPABLE OF DOING CODE REVIEWS AND MENTORING THE JUNIOR DEVELOPERS TO DRIVE TOWARDS HIGH QUALITY DELIVERABLES.
STRONG BACKGROUND CULTURE OF DELIVERING PROJECTS WITH FIRST TIME RIGHT / ZERO DEFECTS IN PRODUCTION.
