Job description

At Curriculum Associates, we believe in the potential of every child and are changing the face of education technology with award-winning learning programs like i-Ready that serve a third of the nation’s K–8 students. For more than 50 years, our commitment to making classrooms better places, serving educators, and supporting accessible learning experiences for all students has driven the continuous improvement of our innovative programs. Our team of more than 2,500 employees is composed of lifelong learners who stand behind this mission, working tirelessly to serve the educational community with world-class programs and support every day.

Senior Specialist, Talent Management

At Curriculum Associates, we believe learning is one of the most powerful drivers of individual and organizational success. As the Sr. Specialist, Leadership Development & Learning, you will help employees and leaders build the skills, mindsets, and capabilities needed to grow their careers and maximize their impact.

This role serves as a facilitator, content developer, and program owner responsible for delivering and continuously improving a portfolio of onboarding, leadership development, and employee development experiences. You will design and enhance learning content, facilitate engaging learning experiences, and partner with stakeholders across the organization to ensure our programs remain relevant, practical, and aligned with evolving business needs.

The ideal candidate is an exceptional facilitator and learning professional who enjoys creating meaningful learning experiences, developing engaging content, and helping others grow.

The impact you'll have:

  • Facilitate leadership development experiences for employees at multiple career stages, including emerging leaders, people managers, and high-potential talent. This includes leading cohort-based programs, leadership academies, manager development experiences, and leadership pipeline initiatives

  • Create engaging and inclusive learning environments that encourage participation, reflection, and application while adapting facilitation approaches to meet the needs of diverse learner groups

  • Partner with subject matter experts and business leaders to ensure learning experiences remain relevant, impactful, and aligned with organizational needs

  • Own the execution and continuous improvement of new employee onboarding experiences across the U.S. and EMEA regions, including facilitation, stakeholder partnership, and program enhancements

  • Develop resources and learning experiences that help new employees understand our culture, business, products, and ways of working while supporting a successful transition into Curriculum Associates

  • Monitor participant feedback and onboarding effectiveness to identify opportunities for continuous improvement

  • Design and develop asynchronous training content to support globally distributed teams ensuring consistent knowledge transfer and learner engagement without requiring real-time participation

  • Design, develop, and enhance facilitator guides, participant materials, job aids, learning activities, and reinforcement resources that support employee and leadership development

  • Refresh existing content based on learner feedback, business needs, emerging leadership trends, and adult learning best practices

  • Customize learning materials for specific audiences and support broader curriculum enhancement efforts across the Learning & Development portfolio

  • Manage the day-to-day execution of assigned learning and development programs, including participant communications and materials

  • Track participation, learner feedback, and program effectiveness metrics to evaluate impact and identify opportunities for improvement

  • Maintain learning assets and support the successful delivery of both virtual and in-person learning experiences

  • Oversees ERG program operations, providing systems, tools, resources, and coordination that enable ERG leaders to design and deliver high-impact experiences

  • Partners with ERG facilitators on logistics, communications, event readiness, and facilitator preparation—without owning the design of ERG event content

  • Maintains up-to-date ERG playbooks, planning templates, communication guides, and resource libraries

Who we're looking for:

  • Experience facilitating and presenting learning experiences in virtual and in-person environments for a variety of audiences

  • Experience designing and developing learning content, materials, and programs that support employee and leadership development

  • Ability to gather information from stakeholders and use it to develop learning solutions that address identified needs

  • Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills

  • Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues, stakeholders, and subject matter experts across the organization

  • Ability to manage multiple projects, tasks, or priorities while meeting established timelines

  • Proven ability utilizing AI tools, and demonstrated understanding of how AI can shape learning experiences

Preferred Education and Experience:

  • Experience facilitating leadership development programs and supporting onboarding or employee development initiatives

  • Knowledge of adult learning theory and learning experience design principles

  • Familiarity with LXP platforms, compliance training tools, or vendor-managed learning solutions

Benefits and Pay Range:
