Position Summary

• Own and manage CRQ creation, ensuring all fields meet ECM guidelines.
• Track remedy tasks and backout plans for each release.
• Coordinate with external teams for release representation and CRQ approval.
• Create and support release containers, resolving validation errors.
• Submit and review QA for releases.
• Coordinate with the release management team.
• Create and manage deployment plans .
• Coordinate deployments over weekends .
• Manage INCs with the APS team post-release.
• Create PIRs and complete all required fields after releases.
• Maintain release management pages as needed.
• Compile and submit evidence for all CRQs and release containers post-release.
