Job Description

Infosys is seeking a Node.js Lead Developer with Angular / AWS experience. The position will primarily be responsible for providing solutions on the Parts Portal systems & processes as per customer's requirements. The selected candidate be able to Lead requirements elicitation, Create of Application Architecture Document (AAD), Create of Design Artifacts, Review team deliverables, Deliver High quality codes, Support Deployment and Post deployment related activities, Support Transition activities, Interface with internal team and key stakeholders and analyze and resolve issues to ensure high quality deliverables at each stage of SDLC within the defined guidelines, policies and Norms.

Required Qualifications :

• Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Plano, TX or be willing to relocate to the area .
• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
• At least 4 years of related work experience.
• Minimum 2 years of experience leading application development team ( minimum 6 - 8 members ) for AWS target environment (Web / Mobile / Desktop applications).
• Excellent in designing and writing code supporting serverless framework using Node.js.
• Strong Understanding and work experience of 5 years in JavaScript, Typescript.
• Work experience of 3 years in Microservice architecture.
• Demonstrated In Depth knowledge & work experience in NodeJS and its APIs - eg. File System, Clusters, Console, OS etc.

The job also entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face as per the requirements.
