Bryan Manor Nursing & Rehabilitation Center is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Admissions & Marketing Director to join our team. This position plays a critical role in driving census growth, building strong community relationships, and ensuring a smooth admissions process for our facility. We’re looking for someone who is passionate about making a difference in the lives of our residents and families while expanding our community presence.
Key Responsibilities :
1. Drive Census Growth and Community Outreach
- Actively promote Bryan Manor through external sales calls, networking, and community outreach to increase facility awareness and referrals.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with hospital discharge planners, social workers, medical professionals, senior organizations, and other community contacts .
- Educate potential residents, families, and referral sources about our services and bed availability, ensuring our census goals are consistently met or exceeded.
- Seek out new marketing opportunities and partnerships to generate referrals and increase community awareness.
