Job description
A company is looking for a Business Office Manager.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily activities of medical collections claims resolution teams
Liaise with practice and business office staff to resolve AR management issues
Review metrics to identify trends and implement action plans for outstanding AR
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business healthcare administration, finance, or related field preferred
Minimum of five years in healthcare, performance improvement, or healthcare business operations preferred
Proven ability in systems implementation and strong organizational skills
Knowledge of computer software applications and ability to make presentations to senior leadership
Previous supervisory experience required
