We are seeking an Infectious Disease Nurse Practitioner for a 365-day assignment in NC. This role involves working Monday through Thursday with 8-hour shifts, plus a half-day on Friday. The Nurse Practitioner will primarily manage HIV patients, conducting physical assessments, reviewing medical histories, interpreting diagnostic tests, and providing effective treatment. Key responsibilities also include preventive health screenings, patient and family education on specialty care, maintaining accurate patient records, performing office-based medical procedures, and identifying areas for outpatient specialty care improvement.
