We are seeking a creative and driven professional with a passion for solving real world issues on a cross-functional, fast paced team.
Responsibilities :
- Performs a variety of complex administrative and analytical tasks in support of a contract program.
- Develops plans and schedules, and monitors tasks to meet contractual / project requirements for assigned program.
- Acts as primary POC for Program Travel Request processing and administrative management.
- Writes and updates standard operating procedures for SAS, Spend Plan, Budget, Bid vs Actuals Report, Materials Report, Travel Report, and other program finance related functions.
- Coordinates with other team members to provide enterprise support as needed.
- Acts as primary POC for support to new employees during all phases of in-processing.
- Serve as liaison between program employees and local site POCs.
- Interacts regularly with program employees and customers to ensure conformance with corporate, program and customer requirements.
- Provides support to new employees during all phases of in-processing, to include Visa / SOFA processing and in-country requirement support for international locations
- Provides out-processing support for employees leaving the site.
- Maintain and update host country processes to ensure compliance by all employees.
- May perform business development activities.
- Participates in special projects as required.
