Immanuel Pathways PACE is seeking a Program Relationship Manager to work at Pathways Omaha located at 5755 Sorensen Parkway, Omaha, NE 68152.

Job Duties & Skills Required

What You Will Do

Responsible for the effective marketing of the Immanuel Pathways PACE program to key referral sources. Effectively networks with all sources to educate and promote its services and products. Creates a pipeline for eligible participants to the PACE program. Supervises the enrollment process to ensure the monthly target goal of participants is met. Develops contractual relationships with services providers to support the development and maintenance of an adequate PACE provider network for Immanuel.

Skills & Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communication, hospitality or a related field or the equivalent of experience with a strong emphasis on marketing preferred.

Three (3) years of marketing, sales or other related experience preferred.

Lead generation and data base management preferred.

One (1) year of experience working with the frail or elderly population required, or completion of job specific training related to working with the elderly population must be completed within the first six months of hire.

One (1) year of management experience, preferably in a geriatric care setting required.
