Associate Program Manager

The Associate Program Manager will support the Workplace Factory Experience and Events team by managing projects, programs, and special events that enhance the employee experience. This role is responsible for day-to-day event and program operations and ownership, including event setup and onsite support, inventory organization, budget tracking, and partnership with internal stakeholders and external vendors. The successful candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to hit the ground running once given clear direction. They must thrive in a fast-paced environment, remain effective under pressure, and deliver reliably for large-scale events. Over time, they will grow into independently owning and running assigned programs. This position requires a professional collaborator and strong communicator who can partner cross-functionally across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end planning and execution of Workplace Factory Experience programs and large-scale events
• Manage event setup, onsite support, and day-of operations to ensure smooth delivery
• Maintain and improve SOPs for recurring programs and events
• Complete weekly and monthly inventory organization and related operational tasks
• Track budgets and coordinate with internal partners and external vendors to meet program needs
• Drive project timelines, communications, and cross-functional collaboration with stakeholders
• Provide administrative and program support that strengthens the overall employee experience

Requirements

• Degree or equivalent experience, plus 3+ years in workplace services, corporate facilities, or event coordination
• Self-starter who can take direction, execute independently and grow into owning and running programs
• Proven ability to prioritize, multitask, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
• Experience supporting events, programs, or operational projects, including large-scale events
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; comfortable partnering across teams and senior leadership
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; detail-oriented with strong follow-through
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and travel to other Tesla locations as needed

Expected Compensation $72,000 - $108,000/annual salary + cash and stock awards + benefits

Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered.
