Program Analyst
Professional Solutions Delivered, LLC (ProSoDel) is a total solutions provider for government and commercial customers in the areas of Program Management, Logistics, Organizational Change Management, Communications, Training, and Information Technology (IT) Support Services. We are currently seeking a Program Analyst to support Marine Corps organizations in support of the Marine Corps Center for Lessons Learned (MCCLL).
Essential Duties & Job Functions:
- Implement and maintain lessons learned processes at designated places of performance in accordance with Marine Corps Orders and MCCLL guidance.
- Review and submit lessons learned materials with proper classification and/or Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI) markings prior to upload to MCCLL SharePoint and Joint Lessons Learned Information System (JLLIS) platforms.
- Submit bi-weekly situation reports documenting lessons learned activities, progress, and issues.
- Solicit and coordinate priority collection topics from supported Marine Corps commands and facilitate submission for inclusion in the annual Lessons Learned Collection Campaign Plan.
- Develop and support collection planning documents, including collection proposals, collection plans, and collection debriefs.
- Conduct lessons learned collection efforts, including interviews and questionnaires with commanders, staff, and subordinate personnel.
- Utilize MCCLL SharePoint Battleboards (BBs) to document and track collection planning and execution activities.
- Prepare responses to Requests for Information (RFIs), information papers, and other analytical products using archived lessons learned data.
- Support operational units by providing relevant lessons learned documentation to inform planning and execution of operations, exercises, and training.
- Collect and submit lessons learned materials (e.g., AARs) to MCCLL SharePoint and JLLIS for archiving and future use.
- Attend conferences, working groups, meetings, and seminars to support lessons learned collection and planning efforts.
- Support development and maintenance of Training and Exercise Employment Plans (TEEP) within MCCLL systems.
- Perform related work as assigned.
- Must be willing to work onsite as required to support program execution.
- Must be able to travel CONUS and OCONUS as required to support program objectives.
Job Requirements (Education, Experience, Professional Associations)
Education
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Military Studies, Intelligence Studies, Operations, or related discipline) with at least six (6) years of relevant experience; OR
- Master's degree in a related field with at least three (3) years of relevant experience; OR
- Equivalent combination of education, training, and directly related experience.
Required Experience
- Experience supporting military operations, planning, or analysis.
- Experience working with lessons learned programs, operational assessments, or similar mission support activities.
- Experience developing written products, reports, or briefings for military or Government stakeholders.
- Experience coordinating with multiple stakeholders across commands and staff elements.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience utilizing Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with DoD information environments and handling Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI).
Desired Experience
- Experience supporting Marine Corps organizations or MCCLL programs highly desired.
- Experience using Joint Lessons Learned Information System (JLLIS).
- Prior military service preferred.
Clearance
- Must be a United States Citizen.
- Must possess an active DoD Secret clearance or be currently adjudicated and eligible for Secret access in DISS at the time of award and throughout performance.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a Common Access Card (CAC).
