The Advanced Common Products (ACP) team has a fast-paced, high visibility, high impact opportunity for a Program Operations Manager. In this role, you will serve as the primary interface between the Program Office Integrated Program Leadership Team and the Factory Leadership Team, responsible for communicating all program requirements to the internal factory. The Ultra electronics system in the ACP portfolio is expanding due to increased global demand for key programs such as Tomahawk, Standard Missile, Commercial Aircraft platforms, and hypersonic systems, including classified projects.
As the Program Operations Manager, you will collaborate with a cross-functional, multi-disciplined team and act as the liaison to internal factories, ensuring that all program needs are integrated and supported to meet project commitments. This includes managing the intricacies of the Ultra electronics assembly new product introduction to drive efficiency, optimize production, and ensure timely delivery of products to meet the growing demands. By providing cohesive and strategic leadership, the ACP Program Operations leader ensures that the organization can achieve its goals, maintain high standards of quality and performance, and support the overall mission of Raytheon and its stakeholders.
This role is vital to the success of numerous franchise programs and requires maturing the product by working extensively with technical experts in engineering to drive producibility, transition to production, and scaling production rates to satisfy the global demands. This position involves direct support of manufacturing activities for a technically complex product and requires spending significant amounts of time in and around factory areas, closed areas, and requires full-time on-plant site support.
This role will be onsite in Tucson Arizona.
What You Will Do
- Lead, collaborate and influence driving quality and performance for program deliverables, accountable for factory integration, consolidated program performance, and unique program requirements flow down
- Participate in strategic Program / Operations planning for current production performance and future development efforts
- Communicate across programs, to identify, assess, collaborate and resolve any conflicts with program requirements
- Define clear operational schedules, priorities and goals for the factory
- Will serve as operations point of contact for proposal development and approval, ensuring proposed costs or challenges are understood by Operations leadership and factories
- Coordinate and develop operations requirements for all gate reviews and execute proposed strategies from early gate reviews for effective implementation in future production.
- Will have ownership of the Projects Operations EAC and budget
- Prepare and present information for Monthly Management Reviews, summarizing program status and any on-going production issues
- Lead and manage direct reports

The salary range for this role is 147,000 USD - 295,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education / training, and key skills.
