  • Lead, coach, and support security leaders and officers across multiple locations.
  • Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and development to build high‑performing, engaged teams.
  • Conduct performance reviews and regular coaching to drive accountability, growth, and a positive work environment.

Operational & Financial Management

  • Support the preparation and management of budgets for assigned programs and accounts.
  • Oversee scheduling, payroll, and staffing to ensure cost‑effective, compliant operations.
  • Ensure adherence to all legal, regulatory, and company standards across your portfolio.

Security Operations: Card Processing Center & GSOC

  • Oversee a card processing center and Global Security Operations Center (GSOC), both located in Freehold.
  • Provide credential oversight for the badging center, ensuring accurate and timely processing of access credentials.
  • Lead and staff the team responsible for granting access for Verizon employees and vendors, ensuring proper authorization and alignment with client security policies.
  • Monitor and support GSOC operations to help ensure timely response, incident coordination, and consistent service delivery.

Problem‑Solving & Strategic Initiatives

  • Partner with cross‑functional teams (HR, Finance, Operations, to resolve operational challenges.
  • Identify and implement best practices and process improvements that enhance consistency, efficiency, and quality.
  • Contribute to company‑wide initiatives that support innovation, operational excellence, and client success.

What We Offer

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base Salary: $75,000–$79,000 annually
  • Car Allowance: $500/month
  • Health & Wellness: Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance
  • Retirement: 401(k) with company match
  • Time Off: Paid vacation, holidays, and sick leave

  • A collaborative, inclusive culture that values initiative and honest communication
  • Strong leadership support and access to decision‑makers
  • The chance to make a visible impact on client success and safety every day

What You’ll Bring

We’re looking for a hands‑on leader who is comfortable balancing strategy with day‑to‑day execution.

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
  • 3–5 years of experience in operations, program management, or client‑facing leadership roles
  • Proven experience leading teams across multi‑site or distributed operations
  • Strong communication and relationship‑building skills, especially in client‑facing settings
  • Ability to analyze data, manage budgets, and drive operational improvements
  • High level of professionalism, sound judgment, and a calm approach under pressure
  • Willingness and ability to travel up to 25%

Why Join Securitas?

  • Be part of a global leader in security and safety solutions.
  • Work in a rapidly evolving industry with access to modern tools and technology.
  • Have a direct impact on client satisfaction, safety, and long‑term partnerships.
  • Join a supportive, collaborative team that values your ideas and initiative.
