About the Role :

As a Program Consultant, you'll be responsible for sourcing, negotiating, contracting and managing service providers foroutsourced services to support the Project ManagementTeam. You will also work with the client,internal stakeholders and the department in the development and execution ofsourcing and procurement strategies. You will have a high-level of engagementbetween stakeholders, service providers and the department leadershipthroughout the execution of your work.

Qualifiedcandidates must have direct experience working for or with GeneralContractors. A legal background orextensive experience in Sourcing, drafting contracts is highly desirable. This position will primarily interface withGeneral Contractors, Architects, FF&E and Material Suppliers. Experience in Construction Project Deliveryand directly managing Vendors executing the work is preferred. This role will also be responsible forworking with internal stakeholders to develop an effective Sourcing Strategy toensure proper Vendor coverage and resourcing.

What You'll Do :

As a Program Consultant, you will support the Project Management Teamwith development and execution of work related to design and constructionprojects.

Work with business stakeholders, operational shared services teammembers, and sponsors to develop, coordinate, and execute strategy at Account level.You must be very well organized and have strong communication skills, whileholding yourself and others accountable for deliverables and outcomes.

Source and Qualify new Vendors, and effectively manage the Vendoronboarding process.

Plan and install national contracting and procurement strategies.Prepare and maintain contracts with national service providers by companystandards. Build relationships with suppliers and contractors.

Create and manage RFPs, selecting solutions, and negotiating. Prepareand maintain contracts with national and regional service providers. Ensurecontracts adhere to company and Client standards.

Support national sourcing processes and practices with internalstakeholders. Coordinate the flow of materialsand information among suppliers, manufacturers, distributors, and customers.

Establish requirements and ensure the integrity of centralizedprocurement database systems.

Serve as a point of contact for management and liaise with outsideprocurement solutions.

Provide clients with innovative technologies, products, and servicesto generate value and stay ahead of the competition.

What You'll Need :

Bachelor's Degree preferred with 3-5 years of relevant experience. Inlieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered.C.P.M., C.P.S.M. or N.A.C.M.certifications or eligibility preferred.

Experience in Construction Project Delivery and directly managing Vendors executing the work is preferred. Retail Construction or Financial / Professional Services Sector experience is beneficial.

In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples includeWord, Excel, Outlook, etc.

Extensive organizational skills with a strong inquisitive mindset.

Ability to guide the exchange of sensitive, complicated, and difficultinformation, convey performance expectations and handle problems.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, demanding environment while leading multiple initiatives in varying stages.

Extensive Sourcing and Procurement experience is required.

Familiarity with standard contract terms and conditions for GeneralContractors and Design Consultants is required.Certified Paralegal or equivalent experience is preferred.

The minimum salary for this position is $100,000 annually and the maximum salary for this position is $120,000 annually. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on CBRE's applicable benefit program.
