Temporary Employment Opportunity (6 Months)

The Proposal Manager Individual Contributor plays a critical role in developing competitive, high-quality proposals by collaborating with business development, capture, marketing, and internal stakeholders. This role involves writing, coordinating inputs, managing compliance, ensuring quality, and utilizing project management tools to deliver timely and accurate proposals. The position also focuses on risk identification, escalation, and contributing to strategic proposal development and continuous process improvement.

Some travel may be required for meetings or events. The estimated travel commitment is 5-10%.

Job Duties and Responsibilities :

Proposal Development (75%)

• Write and draft proposal responses, aligning with client requirements and RFP specifications.
• Coordinate inputs from internal teams, SMEs, and external stakeholders to compile comprehensive proposal content.
• Track progress and manage schedules using project management tools to ensure timely deliverables.
• Maintain compliance with RFP requirements, ensuring quality and adherence to organizational standards.
• Identify potential risks early, escalate issues, and recommend corrective actions to mitigate delays.
