IT Concepts, Inc. (ITC) is seeking an experienced UI/UX Developer to support a DOD SOCOM opportunity. ITC will provide the Government with program management and services related to emerging technology solutions, including Enterprise Architecture (EA) and data science, application development and management support, training, and enterprise ecosystem support.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for creating user interfaces and experiences that are both visually appealing and functional.
  • Translates design mockups and wireframes into interactive, responsive web pages or mobile applications.
  • Works to improve the overall user experience by making the application easy to navigate and ensuring it meets SIE and operator requirements.
  • Works closely with UI/UX designers, product managers, and back-end developers to ensure that the final product aligns with the design vision and functional requirements.
  • Optimizes the performance of applications to ensure fast load times and smooth interactions.
  • Conducts thorough testing to identify and resolve issues, ensuring the application works seamlessly across different devices and browsers.
  • Ensures applications are accessible to all users across degraded communications by following best practices and guidelines.

Location: On-site in Fayetteville, NC

Requirements

  • Junior level: 0-3 years relevant experience and a BA/BS degree,
  • Journeyman level: A Bachelor's degree and 3 - 10 years of relevant experience
  • Senior level: 10 years of experience and a MA/MS degree.
  • Substitutions for education:
  • Associate's degree plus 4 years' work experience may be substituted for a bachelor's degree
  • Bachelor's Degree plus 8 years work experience may be substituted for a master's degree
  • 6 years of work experience may be substituted for a bachelor's degree
  • 12 years of work experience may be substituted for a master's degree

Preferred Skills:

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
  • Ability to work with teams but is self-motivated to complete projects independently.
  • Ability to work fully on-site with minimal accommodation

Clearance Requirements:

  • Must have TS/SCI clearance.
