Reports To : Vice President, Quantitative Analytics
Direct Reports : No Functional Unit : Asset Management & Operations
FLSA Status : Exempt Position Type : Full-Time

THE CHALLENGE
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Associate to join our Commercial Analytics team. This role will focus on designing, developing, and optimizing analytical tools, software solutions and dashboards that support commercial decision-making. The ideal candidate will have strong programming skills and a zeal to apply those skills for data analytics.
The Associate will work closely with various internal stakeholders across the organization to understand business needs and prepare technical solutions per direction. Reports to Vice President, Quantitative Analytics.
- Develop and maintain analytical tools and reports to support market analysis, forecasting, and commercial strategy using Microsoft.NET technologies; C#.Net, VB.Net etc.
- Build and optimize data pipelines for integrating and analyzing large datasets from diverse sources using applicable methods like web service calls or XML SOAP calls etc.
- Build Power BI dashboards for the team that help in day-to-day market and performance overview and decision-making.
- Work to automate / write Excel VBA Macros wherever needed to automate customized data integration.
- Write and Call SQL Server stored procedures from Microsoft.NET code.
- Collaborate with IT to maintain a robust data infrastructure
