You provide the vision, set the pace and inspire success.

In this role, you will lead, coach, and manage Sales Representatives within a specific geographical area. This is an opportunity to generate volume and market share growth through the development and management of a designated region. This role involves leading, directing, and managing the activities of Sales Representatives within a specific geographical area. You will :

  • Lead, manage, and develop the skill sets and overall performance of the sales representatives in the district.
  • Recruit, hire, train, develop, and coach new and existing sales representatives to ensure a high-performing team.
  • Drive awareness, understanding, utilization and sales of a launch product through leading, managing and developing the skill sets of the sales representatives in the district.

Essential Requirements :

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; advanced degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in pharmaceutical, medical, or related medical sales; 5+ years in the pharmaceutical / healthcare industry.
  • At least 3 years of successful district / regional field management experience.
  • Desired Requirements :

  • Launch experience preferred.
  • Preferred experience in anti-infectives marketplace.
  • The annual base salary for this position ranges from $160,000 to $168,000. The base salary range represents the anticipated low and high of the Syneos Health range for this position. Actual salary will vary based on various factors such as the candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, and proficiency for the role. In addition, some positions may include eligibility to earn commissions / bonus based on company and / or individual performance.
