  • Collaborate with internal Fiserv teams regularly to fulfill client commitments effectively.
  • Recommend optimal risk mitigation techniques while demonstrating basic data analysis capabilities.
  • Provide empathetic and prompt responses to customer inquiries, consistently delivering on promises.
  • Define and implement successful fraud detection strategies, developing a solid understanding of Fiserv tools.
  • Adhere to established protocols to grasp fundamental concepts related to being a Risk Analyst.
  • Proactively create a personalized knowledge development plan, identifying key focus areas and seeking learning opportunities to enhance both tool and interpersonal skills.
  • Maintain focus on optimizing tool and process utilization.
  • Demonstrate a highly collaborative approach, excel as a team player, challenge oneself, and willingly take on new responsibilities.

Experience you'll need to have:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills and excellent communication abilities.
  • Background in card processing or fraud detection industry.

Experience that would be great to have:

  • Advanced data analysis skills.
  • Previous experience in risk analysis or financial services.

How you'll work:

  • This role requires use of a computer and audio equipment.

  • Eight Employee Resource Groups to foster a collaborative culture and expand your network.
  • Unparalleled professional growth with training, development, and internal mobility opportunities.
  • Medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance options available from day one.
  • Retirement planning including 401k match and discounted shares with the Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
  • Tuition assistance and reimbursement program.
  • Paid parental and military leave.
