BuzzclanRaleigh, North Carolina, USAThe primary purpose of this position is to support the various projects proposed in the Medicaid / HIE APD to ensure that each of the projects move forward within the schedule budget scope and resources available.
The primary purpose of this position is to workin partnership with external partners and stakeholders including but notlimited to NC HealthConnex participants and DHHS representatives to workcollaboratively to develop and implement quality services to improve populationhealth outcomes in the state of North Carolina.
Knowledge of clinical standardizedcode systems such as CPT LOINC and ICD10
Understanding of data quality bestpractices governance and security requirements
Mature knowledge of healthinformation exchange data standards and formats including knowledge of ElectronicHealth Record Systems (EHRs) data architecture.
Subject matter expert (SME) levelof knowledge working with clinical data EHRs HL7 v2 and CCDA messages
Proven experience with clinicaldata ETL techniques data verification data quality management and validation
Experience with analyzing anddocumenting processes and requirement specifications and developing clinicalworkflows
Understanding of general ITarchitectural principles technical designs and specifications
Excellent verbal and writtencommunication skills including the ability to interact and communicateeffectively with nontechnical clients
Knowledge of HIPAA and health careregulatory compliance as they relate to Electronic Health Record(EHR) / Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems and Health Information Exchange(HIE).
Experience with Microsoft OfficeTools including Microsoft Project Visio Excel and PowerPoint.
Ability to interact as aproductive team member on a project team.
